District leaders benefit from access to all departments and divisions. As a leader, I connect with numerous departments to identify strategies and resources for teachers and to ensure that a unified message is delivered. The above picture shows teachers visiting the professional library during pre-planning, an idea that came from a summer professional learning session where teachers said they were unaware of the professional library.
In addition to a student website, I created websites for parents and teachers.
